The lab is based at the VIB Center for Brain & Disease research in KU-Leuven.
As a young lab, we are committed to ensure that every person in the lab receives the training and mentoring they need, is successful, and feels valued. In addition, you will get the opportunity to experience and influence a fresh lab atmosphere.
No open position are available at the moment, but we can consider spontaneous application from highly motivated master and PhD students, and postdocs interested in combining experimental and computational approaches to address key steps of emotional circuit development.
Qualifications:
- Appropriate university degree in related field
- Background in molecular and cellular Biology / Neuroscience / Bioinformatics
- Organisational and time management skills, as well as communication skills in English
- For PhD student / postdoc: experience with computational / single-cell RNA sequencing analysis is a plus.
